There aren't enough words in the dictionary to describe how fantastic Renew Restoration is! They came to our house to fix a mold issue on our basement ceiling. Chris and his team were nothing but professional from start to finish. They answered all of our questions and put us at extreme ease. They were meticulous and treated our house as if it were their own. Most importantly, they were easy to reach 24/7 and showed up ON TIME, ALL OF THE TIME. We absolutely loved how they cared about our fur baby and her safety as well. If you need any service, we'd HIGHLY recommend them. Thank you for treating us like family and making us laugh along the way.

I hired Renew Restoration for mold remediation in my house.
Chris and his entire team were outstanding from start to finish! It was a pleasure to work with Chris. He was very patient, answering all my questions and concerns before the work started. He and his team continued to help at every turn. Al and his team arrived on time and immediately I got further confirmation that I hired the BEST company for the job. They helped us move boxes. They listened to our concerns and followed our instructions when they did
the work. They were friendly, professional and extremely hardworking. They did an excellent job removing the mold and left all the work areas exceptionally clean. I would definitely hire Renew Restoration again and I HIGHLY recommend them!

Chris and the Renew Restoration team did a great job remediating our bathroom mold problem. They were quick, efficient, and transparent with every step. No one ever wants to deal with a mold issue, but Chris and team got us through this smoothly.

I wanted to take the time out to write a review because the owner Chris & his assistant Johnathan were beyond helpful , caring , professional, and friendly as well.
Not only did they walk me through the process of what they were doing to take the air samples but they also were knowledgeable and they knew what they were doing.
My family had experienced some scary mold in n our newly renovated home in the crawl space this past October.
We had to move out for 6 weeks while they fixed and remediated our home.
I did not call the company we used that first tested our mold because not only did we not trust him , he made our experience more stressful (wouldn't give us out mold report back for almost 1 1/2 weeks , when he said it would be 2-3 days at the most )
Very frustrating. I had our house tested on a Wednesday morning and first thing that Monday morning I had an email of my full report .
I can't thank you both (Chris & Johnathan ) enough for helping me.

Bought a house with mold issue in attic. Reached out to Chris and he was great. Took my call on the spot and answered all my questions. Was very informative and took his time explaining the issue and remediation. He was extremely accommodating to when it could be scheduled (had to wait a few months before it could be done due to sellers). His team was great. Got the job done in a timely manner and now the house is mold free.

Renew Restoration is great! I recently had a water damage in my place and had to work with Chris.
Chris was extremely professional and conscientious in conducting mold testing and water damage investigation. He suggested several options for mold investigation, and he and I chose the method that would minimally damage the existing wall structure to get a mold sample. Using his water detection equipment, he was also thoroughly investigating the range and level of water damage. After collecting the sample, he sent the sample to a lab in a timely manner that I was able to get the result in 24 hours. In addition to the report produced by the lab, Christ also wrote up a investigation summary that included detailed descriptions about the water damage and mold problems as well as his professional recommendation in regards to how to properly deal with the problems. I can't recommend the company enough. If you have water damage and/or mold issues, you should work with Renew Restoration, LLC!

When I called Chris, he was quick to visit my home himself, doing a rapid assessment of the attic and providing me with a very thorough and reasonable priced quote. He walked me through everything his team would do to ensure proper remediation and I found the pricing to be very competitive. Alex came to execute the project within a few days of the quote provided because Chris knew we were under tight time-pressure due to a pending move. Chris and Alex both went out of their way to accommodate our schedules and needs. Alex was just a pleasure to work with, he walked me through everything he was doing and worked very hard to be extremely thorough with the remediation despite some hot weather! He even became good friends with our dogs. Can't recommend this team enough, they were the perfect blend of professional (taking the mold seriously) and personally caring as you would expect from a local business/team!
