Renew Restoration recently addressed a mold issue in our basement. Although not the lowest estimate, Chris assessed the problem and proposed a remediation that was the most thorough and instilled the most confidence. I'm so glad we chose him because the other suggestions would've most likely been temporary fixes and been more costly in the long run. Chris is kind and very responsive. His team Andrew, Joe and Al worked diligently, were so polite and truly a pleasure to have at our home. We are so happy with the end result!

We recently purchased the home of our dreams and found out that there was a significant mold issue in the finished basement downstairs, where we planned to set up a play area for our three small children. In first speaking with Chris about the situation he explained our options and was very helpful in providing details of the work that would be done. I would love to give Renew Restoration 10 stars. Chris inspected our basement for mold based on a home inspection concern. Chris was honest and up front in finding no mold after doing a thorough inspection. He then went above and beyond by measuring my crawl space for me as I was away from the property that day. Once he had completed the inspections, he emailed me photo's and called me to go over his findings and what he saw (or didn't see). Chris then went above and beyond by writing me an inspection report which explained why there could be no mold and how the test was conducted. Chris had also remediated mold for a friend. She recommended him to me based on his professionalism and the quality of the job he did for her. If you need any work done that Chris can provide, hire him.

We had a brilliant experience with Chris from start to finish! He is such a friendly, knowledgeable and honest guy it's easy to see he has his customers best interests at heart. He was very punctual and texted me before to say how long he would take to be at our house and he often came early rather than late which is unusual and impressive for contractors these days! Chris analysed my air quality in the basement for mold and also installed a new dehumidifier for us as our old one wasn't working. I feel very confident in the quality of the work he did for us and his price was reasonable and fair. Renew was brought in by my real estate sales person to take care of my mold issue. Never Met Chris as I live 3 hours away from my Dad's house where he was working for me. We had many pleasant phone conversations as the job processed and he kept me up to date with phone videos.
